WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Project Manager

Must have competencies:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  Strong experience in project management including executing projects using Agile Scrum Methodology
• Excellent communication skills & proactive in nature; Believes in Open and transparent communication.
• Certification - Scrum Master, PMI ACP or similar agile certification is required.
• Experience of managing distributed agile teams in offshore/onsite model
  Good technology background in Microsoft Web, and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
  Experience in proposal writing and pre-sales activities.
• Proficiency in project management tools - Azure DevOps
  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of additional project management methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, or PMI is desirable.
  
  Technical Requirements (Good to Have):
  

• PMP / CAPM certification added advantage.
• Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences or in a regulated / compliance-driven domain.

  • Proactive in nature.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects
• People management including leading, coaching and mentoring team
• Developing project plan and setting up expectations and delivery milestones
• Ensuring team achieve milestones per schedule
• Ensuring smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
• Striving for customer delight
• Setting goals of the team member and assessing their performance on regular basis
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Building knowledge, best practices sharing culture in the team and in the organization
• Keeping positive attitude towards learning/challenges etc.
• Actively supporting in recruitments and presales activities including proposals & POC's
• Helping people build technical innovation culture not only at the team level but also at the organization level
