WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Project Manager

Technical Skills (Must have)

5+ years of project management experience
Strong experience in project management including executing projects using Agile Scrum Methodology
Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences or in a regulated / compliance driven domain
Experience in Proposal writing and pre-sale activity.
Excellent communication skills & proactive in nature; Believes in Open and transparent communication.
Certification - Scrum Master or PMI ACP
Experience of managing distributed agile teams in offshore/onsite model
Strong people management skills
Experience in proposal writing and pre-sales activities.
Strong experience in managing project stakeholders and client expectations.
Focused on outcomes with a "enabler" and "doer" attitude.
Strong Experience in customer facing role.

Requirements (Good to have)

PMP / CAPM certification added advantage
Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain

Essential Duties

Managing multiple projects
People management including leading, coaching, and mentoring team
Developing project plan and setting up expectations and delivery milestones
Ensuring team achieve milestones per schedule
Ensuring smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
Striving for customer delight
Setting goals of the team member and assessing their performance on regular basis
Identifying and mitigating risks
Building knowledge, best practices sharing culture in the team and in the organization
Keeping positive attitude towards learning/challenges etc.
Actively supporting in recruitments and presales activities including proposals & PoCs
Helping build technical innovation culture not only at the team level but also at the organization level.

Decos is an innovative company that has set a timeline of 1,5 years for developing a fully new platform. The past years we have mapped out what we want to achieve, and we need you to manage this project in order for us to achieve this project. You will be working with a unique team of talented people that have their own uniqueness.
